Delivery cost and time:
Delivery to the UK is free and takes approximately 5 working days. The haulier will contact you to arrange a delivery day once you have placed your order. We deliver to the UK mainland and also to UK islands, Ireland and France with an additional charge. However, we are happy to provide a quote for delivery out with these locations so please contact us with any queries

Please note that the driver is not responsible for handling the bags on the pallet so please ensure that you have the labour available to do so.

How order is delivered and limitations to delivery
Delivery is made by lorry with a tailgate. The pallet is transported on a pump pallet truck from the roadside to your driveway entrance. Due to the weight of the pallet it cannot be moved on unsteady surfaces such as gravel drives. The pallets can only be moved on hard, firm surfaces. If you think this might be a problem please contact us before you place your order to see if we can make any alternative arrangements for delivery.

If you can only be reached by sharp bends, narrow driveways etc. you must inform Fergusson Distribution Ltd. when ordering, as alternative arrangements may need to be made.
If for any reason the driver is unable to gain access to your property or site, then your crate(s) will be returned to the nearest depot where you will have to make other arrangements at your expense.

Order tracking
After placing your order you will receive an email containing an order tracking number and either a telephone number or website link to allow you to track your order. 

Delivery is usually within 7 days, however, please note: delivery time may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. bad weather).
Your delivery confirmation email will tell you which haulier your order is being delivered by and contain all the information needed to track your order.

Cancellations and Returns Policy:
You can cancel an order prior to the loading of your order onto our delivery vehicle and obtain a full refund.

Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods differ from the goods ordered by you, please contact us within 7 days and we will exchange them at no additional cost to yourself.

Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
