Terms & Conditions

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

 

The correct price is shown in UK £ Sterling and the price in Euros is shown only as an guide.

 

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

 

CANCELLATION - You can cancel an order prior to the loading of your order onto our delivery vehicle and obtain a full refund of any pre-payment. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

(roomheaters, stoves, freestanding boilers except gravity feed appliances)

Many of the appliances are multifuel and can burn either wood or solid fuel (coal and smokeless fuel). It is important to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for fuel. A few fuels may not be suitable for certain appliances and use of them could invalidate your guarantee.

Shipping And Handling Delivery will be by road haulier within UK and France (roadside delivery only). Delivery is free of charge. For overseas orders, please email to request a quotation.

Delivery is made by a lorry with tail gate. The pallet is transported on a pump pallet truck from the roadside to your driveway entrance. Due to the weight of the pallet they cannot be moved on gravel drives etc. - only on hard firm surfaces.

The driver is not responsible for handling the bags so please ensure that you have the labour available to do so.

If you can only be reached by sharp bends, narrow driveways etc. you must inform Fergusson Distribution Ltd. when ordering, as alternative arrangements may need to be made.

If the driver is unable to gain access to your property or site, then your crate(s) will be returned to the nearest depot where you will have to make other arrangements at your expense.

 

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 7 working days. The haulier will contact you to book in a delivery. For overseas orders to other countries, please email to request a quotation. After 3 working days, to track your delivery call 01698 351 343.

 

Please Note: Delivery time may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. bad weather).

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait

Tax Charges For all orders 5% VAT is included.
